Race Number Sets

Venues Count Towards League

Season Gap Rules (Seconds per Mile)

Set the default start delays in seconds per mile. These rules, combined with venue-specific race distances, will automatically calculate gun times for all venues.

Team Sizes

Configure the number of runners that count per team for each category. Defaults: Young Athletes (3), Women (4), Men (6).

Promotion Thresholds

Configure the percentage of each promotion field eligible for pack promotion. Senior fields default to 10%; junior fields default to 20%. Some junior categories use only Slow and Fast, so Medium is skipped for those groups.

Season Transition

League standings are automatically calculated as results are entered. Use the wizard to complete end-of-season tasks in clear steps with previews, acknowledgements, backup gating and a final confirmation.
